SignUp Genius is a free site designed to help create and organize online sign-up forms for all types of group activities. For example, having a class party and need to coordinate snacks?  Inviting chaperones to a field trip?  Creating a schedule for Mystery Readers?  Use SignUp Genius! 
Doodle and Whenisgood are scheduling tools that provide a way for participants to determine availability for a group event or one-one meeting!  Both are free and easy to use!
